Full Staging

Full staging is for a vacant property that’s completely or mostly unfurnished. We will bring in all the necessary furniture that compliments the structure and style of the home along with accessories, artworks, plants and flowers to bring your property up to its full potential. We will also provide advice on interior and exterior paint, lighting, flooring, and fixtures.

Partial Staging: 

Partial staging is the perfect option for a property that is still occupied during the Open House process. Keeping in mind that the owner still needs to live here on a daily basis, we will work with the existing furnishings while adding furniture, artworks, and accessories as needed to help your home show at its absolute best.
